Just bought a MS906 and installed all updates. When connected to a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 with the cummins it will not auto ID the vin and after you enter the vin and run diagnostics it trys to scan systems that are not even  available on that year and will not show codes in PCM. Does this model not work on this type of truck. Also it does not scan the ECM
